At West York Paving Ltd., we individually design and engineer your driveway with the highest quality materials combining expert experienced workmanship to provide a full 12 month written guarantee.

We are fully bonded and insured.

All driveway designs may vary from client to client, however specs and skill are always consistent; from our biggest job to our smallest.

Specifications for driveways and general paving:

• We remove and dispose all asphalt and debris from all sites.

• We supply the necessary ¾" crusher-run virgin limestone to all our sub-bases.

• We thoroughly compact all sub-bases using heavy vibratory rollers.

• We can supply various grades of asphalt to suit various types of projects.

• For residential paving, the customer has a choice of either using a finer asphalt called HL3A or a coarser mix called HL3 which both are non-recycled and high in stability. The recommended thickness for application should be a minimum of 3" hot.

• For commercial and industrial paving jobs, we recommend that two applications of paving be required. The first lift should consist of an HL8 base asphalt at 2" hot and a second finish lift to consist of 1½" hot HL3.

• All asphalt is professionally applied by using a paving machine to insure consistency and uniformity of pavement.

• All asphalt is compacted and finished by using both heavy vibratory and static rollers.
